Apartments Walderhof

Arrival & Departure

On the day of departure the apartment is at your disposal until 10:00 am.

On the day of arrival the room is ready for occupancy from 15:00, other arrival and departure times possible by arrangement.

Down payment

In case of a fixed reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total amount per room to our account. We will be happy to provide you with the exact bank details when you make a fixed reservation. The reservation is valid only after the deposit has been paid!

Payment options

Payment on the spot with cash. You are welcome to make a bank transfer to our account beforehand.

No card payment possible.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free of charge until 11 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation of the booking within 10 days before your arrival date, late arrival, no-show or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged. These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms/apartments are re-rented in whole or even in part. To cover yourself, we recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance with a travel agency you trust.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

Something can happen to anyone (illness, accident, …etc.). Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for this case. For this we recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung (your insurance advisor will be happy to advise you).

Non-smoker – smoker?

We would like to inform you that smoking is not allowed in our house. We ask you to smoke in the rooms only on the balcony.

You are welcome to bring your pet. Please register in advance!
